Jonny Mitchell, highly respected star of the 2013 BAFTA award winning TV show, Educating Yorkshire, spoke on this intriguing topic.
He left Thornhill Community Academy in Dewsbury in May 2015 to become principal of the Co-operative Academy of Leeds.
In its February 2015 report on Thornhill, just before he left, OFSTED acknowledged that Governors and staff at all levels communicate a strong sense of common purpose and commitment to bring about improvement.
