Top tips for effective monitoring in a virtual world
The Spring Governors Forum will be held on Tuesday 2nd March 2021 at 6.15pm on Zoom and we will be examining how governors monitor and oversee all aspects of their school.
It will cover:-
– what governors should be monitoring and why
– how governors can monitor without going into school
– what questions we should be asking about remote learning?
– what virtual monitoring do we want to keep doing?
– how do we hear the voice of the child?
The session will be led by Jane Lewis who has been a governor for 18 years in a variety of schools. She was designated as a National Leader of Governance (NLG) in 2012 and has served as an NLG Advocate & Regional Champion.
