Staff Health and Wellbeing
This session will be led by Andy Mellor, a former headteacher and now National Director of Wellbeing at the Schools Advisory Service.
As governors we want to ensure that our staff are happy and fulfilled in their work so our Forum covers this topic, looking at the full range of strategies to enhance staff health and wellbeing and what action governors can and should take.
